Gyms are closed and social media is full of push-up challenges and influencers sharing their favorite workouts. If that doesn’t motivate you to get up and get active, this might. Thor star Chris Hemsworth is offering free virtual workouts for the next six weeks on his app Centr.

We don’t know if you’ll actually get in a workout or simply enjoy watching the Aussie star, but that’s beside the point.

Here’s a message from the man himself:

Hi there all, during this period of self isolation and uncertainty, I am offering six weeks of my health and fitness program @Centrfit for FREE! Go to and sign-up.  Centr was founded to make health and happiness accessible to all, and I hope that this will make that access even easier during the current global health crisis. I think now more than ever is when we need to focus on what I believe to be the 3 key pillars to living healthier and happier- movement, nutrition, and mental fitness. In recent weeks Centr has seen a groundswell of support from our customers and communities, with thousands of members around the world coming together and sharing how the program has brought them positivity and support during these difficult times. Available at only, for new users only.

Chris’s app has it all: workouts, advice, recipes and even sleep meditations. In light of everything going on right now, those sound like things we could all benefit from.

He’s built a team of world class nutritionists, trainers and holistic and wellness experts – one of whom happens to be actress Elsa Pataky, Hemsworth’s wife. Covering everything from yoga to kickboxing. Pataky sure knows what she’s doing as she’s also authored a book called Strong about how to eat, move and live with strength and vitality.

Always the loving husband, Chris took it upon himself to promote his wife’s work while showing off his strength on Instagram.

You can find out more about what his app has to offer and start your FREE six weeks here.

These might not include Chris Hemsworth but they may still help you get you up and moving: Free Workouts You Can Do At Home.
