As if the Goonies reunion wasn’t enough, Josh Gad strikes again, reuniting the cast of Back to the Future.

If you missed the Goonies reunion, we highly recommend watching it – especially if you grew up loving the classic caper film as much as we did. Here’s a link to the recap post.

And if you are a fan of Goonies, you are surely a fan of the 1985 film Back to the Future as well.

For the #reunitedapart special, Gad brought the best characters we know and love back together. We’re talking Marty McFly, Lorraine McFly and Doc Brown. Yep, Michael J. Fox, Lea Thompson and Christopher Lloyd.

Plus, we get moments with Elizabeth Shue (Jennifer), Mary Steenburgen (Doc’s love interested Clara from BTTF III), writer Bob Gale and writer/ director Robert Zemeckis.

Sadly, there’s no Crispin Glover, aka George McFly, and no Biff.

But there is Huey Lewis! And randomly, superfan JJ Abrams pops up.

My favorite cameo happens at the very end though – stick around for that.

We’ve seen Lea Thompson consistently through the years, but looking at her again in her natural habitat, it’s even more obvious that she looks F***ING AMAZING!

My favorite moment from the reunion is when Michael J. Fox points out that he looks like Reba McEntire when he’s in drag playing his own daughter in Back to the Future II.

These reunions are taking place in support of the charity projecthope.org

Now, could Marty and Doc please travel back to the beginning of the year and do something to stop Coronavirus? Great Scott, that would be appreciated!
