Austin City Limits Music Festival 2017 headliners The Killers popped up at not one but two secret shows in Austin the evening prior to weekend two of the fest.

Thursday afternoon, a slew of lucky downtown employees posted photos and videos of the band’s soundcheck for their rooftop concert at the McGarrah Jessee building.

Later, hundreds of Austinites took to buildings and parking garages nearby to watch the show, including yours truly.

Following that set, the band tweeted that they would be performing a pop up midnight show at the Continental Club. About 250 fans got to get up close and personal with Brandon Flowers and the boys for an entry fee of just $20.

We gathered some of the best videos of The Killers performances from Instagram for your viewing pleasure.

Earlier in the evening, we popped by the BMI Howdy Texas ACL kickoff party. The event went down at the Yeti Flagship Store where we scored this sweet Wrangler jean jacket.

Drinks were provided by Mighty Swell, Karbach and Rebecca Creek Fine Texas Whiskey while Walker Lukens and Liz Cooper & The Stampede provided the tunes.
