We know Perez is coming back.
He tweeted this in late Feb:
@perezhilton Doing it bigger this year!!! My SXSW party in Austin next month is going to have not one but TWO stages! Amazing!!!! #SXSW”
We also know he will be releasing the artists playing his party, as he has in past years, daily during the week leading up to the bash.
What we don't know is if the party will once again take place in the old Safeway location off I-35 at East 11th/12th.
The building, currently for lease, was painted pink with blue accent this week. Obviously, pink is Perez's signature color and blue was the accent color used on the VIP passes last year. So, will the self proclaimed Queen of All Media be setting up stage(or two as he tweeted) in the same locale? We shall see.
BTW - I can't imagine why else owners would paint a building they are looking to lease out pink. I'm just sayin'.
OH, and did anyone else see this post on perezhilton.com about our very own Leslie Chochran?

the tax records show a bingo hall/restaurant is opening there in 2 weeks. Not sure if this could be a cover up
